Prior to working for ClickZ, Andrew worked with venture-funded startups in both London and Seattle to drive their marketing efforts. He was also senior research analyst at Econsultancy, winning Centaur Media’s annual content excellence award after producing a series of webinars for digital marketers.

Chris Brennan is Senior Digital Strategy Manager for ScottishPower, a leading UK Energy Retail Company. With over 10 years’ experience in the UK Energy market, Chris has led the successful adoption and integration of Social Media in one of the most competitive and challenging customer service industries. Focused on delivering seamless digital customer experiences Chris and the team have recently completed a sizable development project to truly integrated Digital Customer Service platforms with Core SAP CRM for a complete 360o customer view.

Leslie Jordan is the VP of Product Marketing. Leslie is leading the planning and direction of Lithium’s Social Media Management and Social Customer Care products as well as for driving ongoing product strategy, design and management.

Leslie joined Lithium as part of the Social Dynamx acquisition in 2012 and has been a driving force in Lithium’s social media management platforms since it’s infancy.
